Decissiom about to buy or not, to earn money or not is subjective, but all of us must know correctly the situation. There are two subjects that requires to be known about Spanish laws. first environmental permission is a decission of the state government (not Navarra neither Aragón). Second the mining permission, that will came after environmental permission will be provincial (not autonomic, in this case Zaragoza and Navarra).

Moreover the three governments signed a document on 2015 july defining that the final decission should be the same from the three administrations, in the mining subject, but we still are in the environmental step, that different to barkatxo opinion, is not a navarra decission. We can discuss about the position of each administration, but the law is clear both for the environmental and mining activity (I can include if there interest the chapters from the each law about).

I do not know what citizens thinks, I have not spoken with all of them, but bakartxo says that local webs and papers says something that was not true. The reference to look at the web and the paper is what barakatxo says to define the overall opinion, and I only pointed out that the web and local papers where different than what she write, and moreover the only local paper from Sangüesa has some public quizs about the mine, I only include, for general information, what they say...

answering to the general question, before to buy, you should be informed, and I only tried to give the correct information. Some of us consider this project as a promising potential subject and we evaluate it objectivetly.
