So theoretically, you could be a non holder now, walk in here tomorrow and pick up 100000 shares at 1.1cents then buy millions at .008 cents in the raising (depending on demand of course) and have an average buy price just over .008. As a long term "investor", I hope the company thinks seriously about allocating any extra shares on a priority basis to longer term holders first.
Honestly, I feel that they really could have done this at 1cent or even 1.2 cents and they would have had the same result without the massive dilution. Or used the Chairman's line of credit (the 400k loan) he's been offering for years, to wait just one more week as the share price was heading north and they could have raised at 1.5c. Quite pissed off how this has turned out. I need a drink.
