Did anyone notice how Cogstate (ASX:CGS) carried out their recent CR they had a placement of $2m (8,000,000@25c cps) to Alan Finkel who then became a non exec director. The important part is that he paid a premium above the SP of 21.5c. This should be the model for micro / small caps.......get a cornerstone investor who is prepared to buy in at a premium or at least fair value.
