Gavo, I'm not one for conspiracy theories but I do believe a higher CR price could have been achieved. I was bracing myself for a 1c price. To have it at .008 is a kick in the teeth. Having said that, we don't know what went on behind the scenes. A little company with not much cash, in desperate need of financing doesn't have much bargaining power. It was probably - accept our low offer or bust. Since the board members are major shareholders I can only believe they did what they could. I'm just sorely disappointed with the result. Let us all know how they reply to your email.
