when is the buy

I have, in the last month, started getting into charting, technical analysis call it as you will. I have been a fundamentals man to date but am coming around to the value of such measures. My UNI BACKGROUND is in chemistry and maths so I am enjoying the formulae. My infantile observations of the WTP chart suggest a buy about 3 weeks ago at $3.30. I did not take the bate. Since then my reading of the lines have not signalled a buy. I will keep updating my thoughts as they come to hand. Be carefull in advance as I have not followed my "charting signals" yet.
BTW the last sell signal was at $5.40. This was before I started to look at these measures but I bet that we all, in hindsite, had sold at $5.40. We are all still learning!!
