The only way this would be approved is if the institutionalised theft completes. The offer is hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars short and the whole affair needs to go to the Federal court to get unravelled so that long-standing shareholders are protected from what has happened here.

This affair also needs to be brought to the attention of the Federal Minister. The only protection of minor shareholders rights appears to be through the creation of shares.
