Yes equity is actually worth zero at these levels of traffic.. Debt is far to large to service and any likely sale will go to the lenders who will take a haircut ..so what are holders waiting for ..like me? hope ...very small wish for a miracle..too late now to sell and cant put risky money after bad when all forward assessments look forlorn
