From the PDS:
"The Issuer has agreed to indemnify the Traffic Expert for
any claim by third parties arising out of the inclusion of
the Traffic Report Summary Letter in this PDS which are
in excess of $500,000. Therefore, [b]Investors bear the risk
of any claims being made against the Traffic Expert[/b] and
for which the Traffic Expert can claim against the Issuer
under this indemnity."

Of course at this point, there's not much more for the investors to lose.
