Agree; this over est seems to happen alot with toll roads and theres no accountability.I read a while back where some posters put big money into RCY for their childrens future education, in the bottom drawer etc based on these erroneopus predictions; man ,feel for them . Beware anyone thinking this is a bargain buy,"a fool and his money are easily parted" (not aimed at anyone). I very nearly bought in ,seemed a sure bet!!.
