Dividend payout - you're kidding me right. They are currently renegioating debt with banks - you think banks are going to let them pay out cashflow in dividends this year - they need to sell assets and pay down debt. Maybe in 2010, but still unlikely.
I bought this stock for capital gain - its been smacked and shouldnt be seen in the same light as Centro, its a much more conservative Trust. 60-80 cents is a reasonable medium term target imo.
