I was pretty loud about cap raising coming after farmout - I would consider MEO's last farmout ann as a pretty big confirmation.

Still - I would of still picked that they wait for the final partner announcement.

This may suggest that WPL (the market favourite) is not the final choice.
That - with my theory that MEO will cap raise with the final farmout ann - Albers chose now rather than later.
