Yes and knowing the M.O of Vince and the team of being conservative/ thorough, I wouldn’t be suprised if it isn’t sooner ( all things being equal)
The mining permit is of course premier, so environmental tick off and agreement with native title holders is a good indicator of when they’ll be digging.
