Maybe, but I'm not saying their sp is a given, just that a 3rd party has placed a $0.36 sp target. Oh, and the report was probably funded by PRW, but then that is the common practice by minnows to gain some exposure.
In any event I look forward to the sp being substantially north of now, as permit and funding milestones are crossed off.
