    I recommended a few weeks ago on this site that CAP should take the initiative and buy out Pure Metals.

    That suggestion was ignored by CAP management.

    Why give them more time now when they have been far from an exemplary shareholder and a possible reason for these delays may be gleaned from looking at Mr Cheung other listed company in HK.

    Dejin Resources are also behind schedule in raising only a small amount of capital in that company equivalence to around $2m in our money. Far short of the million's that Hawsons will require.
