when does this become significantly overvalued

Opinions anyone? Dividend not covered by "profit" (although that's because of write downs).

What is point at which we should sell? Am not experienced in this sector. Gains have been good. Div result and SP really pleasing. PE not too high yet.

But I don't see how they can grow profit sustainably for much longer. I figure advertising demand is quite dependent on the economy. Is it reasonable to expect much more ratings dominance by channel 7?
