    Well the market certainly not liking that latest ann. Coal is not my forte but sounds like they need to find a whole lot more coal to make it stack and more uncertainty surrounding the direction of the project and no doubt more risk cap from shareholders. End of nov is less than a week away. Hopefully there are more tech savvy punters around who can enlighten.
