There would have been a formula. It’s a pity the company doesn’t seem to have shared what that formula is so that people can understand their allocation of the excess. It could have included a minimum number of existing shares, it could have involved a minimum number of additional shares requested, etc etc. It’s not like they went through the applications by hand and said ok let’s five this person 20k, this person 1k, this person 1m.
