It seems that the punters are feeling a bit lonely now Gottahaslefttheroom.
The audited accounts tell us that Vmoto own the factory and when I suggested to Ivan some time ago that its not VMotos core business to own real estate and shareholders might be better served if it was sold rather than issuing shares to raise capital. He told me the Company's Manufacturing Licence is attached to the factory not the company and that the factory is the collateral security that backs the overdraft. Selling the factory without the rest of the business is not really a, going concern, option.
Holding shares in VMOTO at the moment is a bit frustrating due to the lack of buyer interest and the fact that there are folks like Gotta who have made the decision to exit and sell into a vacuum.
From where we are at the moment the report that is due in the next couple of weeks could easily cause a decent lift in the price and start ringing alarm bells and bring on some buying.
August 17 we saw some decent volume and the price kick almost instantaneously from 5.3 cents to 11 cents
August 18 a similar thing happened with the price bouncing from 5.9 to 7.3 cents.
If the forecast positive EBITDA this year is a bit conservative we might be pleasantly surprised.
The "getting money out of China" question is a bit vexing but there are a couple of comforters.
(1) Vmoto does earn a lot outside china and
(2) as I understand things the end game is to sell the company presumably to an international operator once the client base is mature.
Wouldn't it be nice to have someone keen to do that in the not to distant future.
