A question for the legally inclined.
Who actually "owns" the factory? If its to be sold, who decides the price?
And if its sold or given away, what compunction do they have to return the monies (if there is any left over after expenses) to shareholders located 10,000 km away?
Previously when the founder of Vmoto was resident in China and part of the day to day operations, we had some re-assurance. I'm wondering if this is still the case
Sorry for the depressing question, but my gloomy outlook is based on the share price continuing to plummet. Surely this descent cannot continue forever.
