When they come out and say no you wouldn't think they would then say we are worth XYZ, this would be like showing your hand.... more likely they will come out and say no our advisers Citi and UBS value our assets at a great price and the board does not see shareholder value in the current offer....behind close doors Shell has been in AOE's pocket and figures/ranges will no doubt be discussed....again I back Davies to strike a quality fair deal for shareholders.
