Up to now, I still can not figure out, why WAPRC did not directly acquire SDL? If nobody could finance SDL in the past, how could ANS/WAPRC finance both Oakjaree and SDL which are worth of $12 billion (each $6 billion). Do you REALLY know? Lol.
