I'd personally be happy if they get back close to 85% recoveries.  I remember back in 2012/3 when they had recoveries approaching 83% and were making piles of $. Currently recoveries are in the low seventies, largely due to the low Au and S grades.  The LCR from what I understand is still in play but unlikely to be in action till at least 2021.  When it is operational and they achieve an extra 5t/h of roasting (and hopefully higher recoveries again) it will likely many a couple of years to remove the backlog.
