    The main concern the market has is the level of debt.Has the level of debt gone down since they bought track.I had a quick look.They bought Track for $24.5 million made up of debt $18.2 and deferred earn out $6.3 rough figures.They have paid the deferred earn out.Debt sits at 30/6/16 at $17.7 million.
