On reflection, I have changed my mind about MHL's suspension. I would take a harder line on the delay.

Chapter 17 of the ASX rules states an entity may request suspension, but "must tell" ASX each of five matters:
The two matters relevant to this discussion are:
"* How long it expects the suspension to last.
* The event it expects to happen that will end the suspension."
So there are two different matters that "must" be told to ASX.
The event it expects to happen has been told
By contrast, I have seen nothing about how long MHL expects the suspension to last. Indeed, that is the source of my worry.
If I haven't missed a statement about how long MHL expects the suspension to last, then surely MHL is in breach of ASX listing rules?
They should make MHL state how long it expects the suspension to last.
