Hi Jefferies2.

I have had 2 stocks in the last 2 years go into a TH then a suspension for a lot longer than MHL.
RSL - several months in TH / suspension

SRA - over 12 months in TH / suspension

Now i know that both of these companies were in a different situation to MHL but Im just giving you a heads up that there is really no limitation on how long they can go into a TH. I do believe after a certain period of time the ASX either forces a company to go into an official suspension from quotation or the company voluntarily goes into this mode ... not sure which.
