MHL had their hand forced into prematurely calling a TH as IMO and of others here that there is involvement of others apart from RRS, to take up a shortfall of MHL's proposed 90%... too many Co's to control in terms news escaping and subsequent larger volumes being traded .. i think MHL received a speeding ticket not too long prior to the TH anyway ...
DD on an aquisition of some size can take months .. if you're buying a house you go to the home open and look in every room to see its functionality... think about it ..
