I have no update either. Im very glad the placement didnt require funds upfront, or I would have even more money tied up with no way out.

Its not an unprecedented delay, but certainly very much on the long side. I cant think of many that take this long and come out the other side shining.

Im disappointed with the lack of updates, even if of a trivial nature.

What it shows is MHL were not ready when they called the initial trading halt. We probably could have kept trading another 2weeks, followed by the TH and followup suspension.

Their are only so many things that can go wrong. Its difficult to understand why an update is not forthcoming.
