    SPP 5% discount to 5 day VWAP i am guessing at around $3.02

    SPP would not get the div, so you would better off waiting ex-div and buying on market.

    Unless they can pull a rabbit of their hat and push the SP back towards the 3.44 resistance, why bother with the SPP.
