At least there's a few points worth noting in their latest quarterly:

i. Cash Reserve still around $144 million (Convertible notes $25m in October 2012)
ii. The River Energy Joint Venture plant construction still on tract for Q2 2012. At least there's no more delay for now.
iii. The partnership in identifying project with TMB was "not successful". I believe this is the best news, please don't put anymore of our hard earned money in that country.

I was hoping their was some comment on the trial, but I guess its all private until the ruling is handed down.
