The situation is covered in Vic?? how? other than the fact that they'll be maintaining the gaming machines (I believe).

I think of these guys as having a very value seeking attitude towards new ventures ie.. if they are forced to pay too much then they just won't buy it. In other words they don't seem like the attacking, strategic type and are more focused on growing what they currently have.
Considering Tabcorp have the opposite attitude I don't see them winning any tenders unless its gets given to them.

This isn't a rebuttle, I just wanna know what you mean because it looks like I've missed something.
