If I wanted to get finance for Cadloe, I would unplug the well, get an expert in to recheck the oil is still there and that the natural flow is still good; then go shopping to the financiers and Oil conglomerates. To me, as a layman, that would take away a huge amount of the risk.

Anyway maybe Cadloe being sealed up for 20 years is, in the geological sense, is just a minute in time.
