I'm a millennial and have a credit card but out of a group of 20 of my friends I am one of two who uses credit cards. I've asked my friends why they don't get one and the most common response I got was fear of debit & that credit cards are bad. I found sentiment towards the use of credit was negative from most but positive sentiment towards the use of afterpay and many of them actively use its service.
My friends are aged 23-29
