Don't get me wrong. A CR often comes with associated positive announcements. Not sure OEX is in a position yet to strike partnership deals or advanced enough for takeover offerings from the likes of Magna. But with $1.4mill in the bank something is about to happen from a funding perspective. They're already cutting it fine.
