I'm sure they will, although also suspect they may work to their own schedule.
I work for a tertiary ed institution and we have a partnership with a Chinese institution to provide our courses over there... they owed us a few million and continuously assured us they'll pay... sure enough they did, but it took about 1.5 years, a translator and numerous letters that were written in 100% mandarin. The auditors made us write the amount off, but we later recognised a windfall when it eventually came in...
