I think there is a simpler explanation - a large shareholder wants out, probably an institution that took up the 21c placement. Did anyone notice the bot selling (I think Tuesday) about 1700 shares put on at market every 5 minutes and 2 seconds all day? I just hope it is not short selling to keep the price low. Any other observations?
