Knight wasn't the chairman at the time the chimera deal was put together and signed.
As has been stated by the company the chimera facilty almost put SGL into liquidation.
if SGL can get funds inplace to cover the convertable notes (if SP in less than 60c come april and june) and furture requirements, they have a great opportunity to become a successful company. Just fund their 50%, continue exploring and reap the rewards from the JV
