    Yes Butcher & Martino were on the Board at the time the Chimaera loan facility was arranged BUT Michael Knight WAS the Chairman of the Board.

    You imply, like Knight did some time after signing the loan facilty, there was something wrong with this loan facility - please enlighten us!
