    dont forget it was martino and butcher who signed off on the chimera facility that had SGL 2 weeks away from liquidation. Have a look at the annoucements leading up to that price of $1.17 in 2005. Institution buying for two months pushed the price up more than 20c.

    1/2 of the new board is backed by chimera who MAY have links to martino.........
