has this stock overshot? Just doing a little research on SGL, mainly to see any lessons can be learned for QGCs future.

Seems like there has been a fair bit of turmoil in the board room and a debacle over convertible notes. My question is: the market cap of this stock has fallen approx 120million in the last six months, is this justified given the recent troubles? Or is it just overkill?
