hence, these are the reasons for the 1.3 cents prices. however, more than likely rat will be in negative if rent start to fall and properties valuation come in low for the upcoming report season.
I won't buy until I get my hand on the latest valuation report, there's talk of us commercial properties loosing 20 - 30% in the last 12 months. this would wipe out all the equities in rat.
2009 is predict to be a bloodbath year for commercial properties.
try CER at least we know it will live.
