lvl is an interesting co. Financially it appears hopeless, yet its sp is perhaps 100 times its nta. Normally I wouldn't give a second thought for this sort of stuff, my motivation being an extreme prejudice against over the top ramping.
Presumably someone sees some black ink on the horizon.
