Alot of people have been heavily burnt by a company that looked so promising yet possesses a stagnant, lazy management team. I believe their 'new' plan moving forward (I had applied to take part in the rights issue as my initial investment in this company is very small) but unfortunately because of their past they haven't received enough support in the rights issue. If this revised rights issue doesn't succeed they will probably go into administration so there is a high risk entering this stock now (going through the rights issue gives you a bit of protection as it needs to reach a target raising otherwise money goes back to the applicant).
