The ruling that you quote relates to section 65.1(b)Providing Financial Assistance – it does not deal with the “Sole Purpose Test”provisions in section 62 of the SIS Act.
So the “fuss” is that we have a rulingthat states that our test case was not a breach of the sole purpose test.
