it's nothing like a dcf at all.Your using old accounting numbers, the first persons equity in the business? and discount rates based on nothing. the valuation formula doesn't make sense. but of corse this business does not have predictable cash flows so i don't know about the A1 thing. If it could issue bonds what would the rating be?
