With Wangle being govt complient it could be useful to the armed forces to help improve their deplorable record of bullying amongst new recruits. It would be a requirement for all new personnel while training and on probation. Would not only protect them but be a deterrent to those crossing the line. Could save them a bunch in lawsuits as well.
