Tasman Mkt Cap ~ $9 million @ current share price 4 cents. With approx 4 million in bank (after allowing for this quarters outgoings) then remaining $5 million enterprise value covers:
EDE Stake (46% = ~$5.3 million @ $0.015/EDE share)
Conico Nickel/cobalt interests
RIO JV & mining tenements.
Apparent leverage to a positive ann on the Shale Energy PLC deal, even if RIO does not proceed further with the JV.
A double positive ann on EDE & RIO JV could see sp jump.
