    I agree. The partnership is what I'd be trying to achieve if I was running the joint, I didn't mean to imply that it would be straightforward to achieve!

    The class action issue is definitely a big one and I agree needs to be resolved one way or the other before this becomes an investable proposition for a potential partner.
