An institution would either setup their own shop (look at Moelis, they have grown to 3 Billion AUM already - and thats real funds, not debt under management...) or wait on the sidelines.

But the bigger issue is, who's going to come onto the share register with the threat of a class action. That has to be settled first. Then people will look at it - otherwise why not just wait for receivers to step in and buy 100% of the company at a discount. I recon we are at least a year away from any certainty on this business.
