BCI are risking $1.5-10M to get a 50% stake in a virgin, unexplored project.
LD is an advanced project. BCI only have $30M in the bank. LD isn't the the right fit. MR wouldn't sell 50% for $30M.
I remember him telling me over the phone after the 20 cent raise that RWD should have a $300m mc.
