I think there was a feeling that with greater volume of shares would come greater liquidity & SP would quickly rebound. A wider shareholder base would increase interest and be a healthy development.

Seems that traders who were touting the stock have made their bundle and departed the scene....chat here has died.

I confess that I bought in before the split as I felt a lot of new people would come onto the register and interest would pick-up.....not die off.
